Lynn has worked in Supermarket Retail Operations for over 40 years. She began her grocery career working for a family-owned independent market “Louis Foods” in Pasadena CA.
She is the Vice President of Asset Management for Bristol Farms/Lazy Acres Natural Markets/New Leaf Community Markets where she oversees Workers Compensation, General Liability, Food Safety, Quality Assurance and Sanitation, Loss Prevention, Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance with Local, State and Federal Agencies.
She is a graduate of IIA Insurance Institute of America where she earned her Associate Risk Manager designation. She attended the USC Food Industry Executive Management Program, and earned her UCLA Certificate in Business and Finance for Human Resource Management.
She also holds certifications from National Registry of Food Safety Professionals as a trainer and proctor, NSF International Certified HACCP Manager, and Cornell University in Food Store Sanitation.
Her trade affiliations include California Grocers Association , Food Marketing Institute Food Advisory Committee, and Nextup.
Lynn and her husband Rodney reside in Pasadena California.
